Notification Title Create Account | Login Registration Welcome to our Online Activity Registration Site! Please click on the Online Activity Registration tab above to search activities. To register, click on the Create Account tab on the above right. Resident Registration for activities will open on January 2. Non-resident registration begins January 4. Registration for the 2019/2020 school year for both residents and non-residents began May 1, 2019 for both before and after care school programs. If programs are full, you can be placed on the waiting list and will be contacted if an opening occurs. Initial registration must be done at the office located at 220 South Main Street, Newark, DE 19711. You may pay for October-May online. Please consult your parent handbook. If you have problems with the online registration system or if you have any questions, please call the Recreation Office at 302-366-7000. CANCELLATIONS Newark Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel an activity due to insufficient registration. Bad weather – call our Activities Hotline 366-7147. CREDIT/TRANSFER/REFUND POLICY Registrants will receive a full refund if the program is cancelled by Newark Parks and Recreation. If you unable to attend an activity, contact us within 25 hours prior to the start of the program and we will a)Credit your account the amount paid (Credits are good for one year from the date of credit); b) Transfer you to another activity; or c) Refund you the amount paid less a processing fee of $10 or 10% of the cost of the program, whichever is greater. If you are not satisfied with an activity we would like to know why. Please contact us within 5 business days after the last activity meeting and we will: credit your account, transfer you to another activity or refund the amount paid less a processing fee of $10 or 10% of the cost of the program, whichever is greater.
